Boil a pan of water with a little salt. Add the Macaroni and cook until tender for about 10 - 15 minutes. Once cooked, drain and leave to one side.

Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Melt in the Butter and stir through the Plain Flour. Cook for a couple of minutes until it forms a paste. Slowly add the Water, Vegetable Stock and Creme Fraiche and stir well. Bring to the boil then reduce heat to simmer and thicken. Grate the Cheddar Cheese. Turn off the heat and stir in the Cheddar Cheese, Macaroni and half of the Ingredient Not Found.

Add the mac and cheese to an oven proof dish and top with the Grated Parmesan Cheese and Panko Breadcrumb. Add some pepper on the top. Grill for about 5 minutes.

Chop the Baby Gem Lettuce and halve the Baby Plum Tomatoes. In a bowl add the Wholegrain Mustard, Honey and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the salad and toss to full coat. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Share out the mac and cheese across your plates with a bit of side salad and season to taste. Eat and enjoy!
